Expansion of Internet through Chile and the world has impacted and generated changes in human relations, driven by access, communication and education, reaching groups of sexual diversity often socially discriminated. The methodology used includes the Questionnaire on Experiences related to the Internet (CERI) in a quantitative first stage, and semi-structured interviews in a qualitative second stage. Results show that these groups browse sites looking for same-sex partners, activism, legal and medical support, and sexual health information but sites do not fulfill all their demands. In conclusion, they frequently use the Internet because of its anonymity. Frequented websites present a range of colors, links and images. Information that can help the professional midwifes develop a design of a network sexual education program.
