The aim of this paper is to describe and compare the distribution of variables associated with job quality in people with and without disabilities. For this purpose, descriptive statistics are developed and their association is calculated. Subsequently, a positioning map shows the relationship of some of the variables described in which it can be observed that, in addition to the deteriorating position in terms of the quality of employment of people with disabilities in the areas of social benefits, security and working time, there is a tendency towards precarious self-employment.
